One Year Later...

As you know, it was Jesse and my's anniversary this past Monday. He couldn't get work off so we celebrated Sunday. No one could watch Weston, so we went to breakfast at Timber's. When we got back, we watch District 9 and played Rummy. Once the game ended, I decided that I needed a nap. I woke up, Jesse decided he needed one. around 4 that evening, we took Weston to Johnny Sack's and he of course slept through the whole thing. Turns out when Jess headed in to work Monday, he didn't have to work. So we just chilled and relaxed at the house. After lunch we went over to "Chuck" and "Charlie"'s and fed Weston some cereal. Later we ate burgers with them and played some Halo.
Sure it wasn't the ideal anniversary celebration, but it worked out awesome considering the situation :)
Last night, I got some amazing news - - Jesse got his contractor's licence yesterday evening. I'm so excited! It will definitely  help us out. If you know of someone looking to build a cabin here in Island Park, get in touch :)

So I have two weeks from today to think of something special for Jesse for our one year mark. August 23rd, 2009 was the fatal day that he finally asked me out! It's so crazy to think that it's already been a year. He and I have been through alot and I'm so glad that he and I can settle our differences and realize how stubborn and hard-headed we both truly are.
Weston is growing so big! he's almost ready to move to the next size of diapers now (#2's). He's so special and I'm glad that he brought me and his daddy closer. Jess likes to say that if we didn't have Weston, he doesn't know if he'd love me as much as he does.
Jesse is working hard as always. He does such a good job with the houses he builds and I'm so proud of him.
As for me, I'm now working to jobs. The Clubhouse is very different that's for sure, but it's good to experience new things. The other is just the regular Robin's Roost that I worked at last summer and where I met the love of my life.
