Update

I'm officially horrible at keeping this updated. Then again, we don't have internet and I don't have internet at work anymore. I have it on my phone but it's super hard to keep this updated on that.
Things have been really good. Jesse's getting more bids for houses which means he still has a job. He really is a hard worker and I love him for that. I know that he will teach Weston about hard work and that if you want something, work for it.
Weston is doing amazing. He's not yet mobile, but he has no interest in it. We got him a walker and instead of one foot in front of the other, he'll do both and slide his way around the room. He has four teeth now, and loves to grind them together. Makes me cringe :) He can say moma, dada, papa, and bah-bah. Weston loves Baby Einstein and is learning to sign dog, cat, and book. I hope he's a boy genius.
As for me... Well, not much to report. I work at the Roost now for two days a week. I start school at Evans on April 12th. Kinda sad that I'll be in school on Weston's first birthday, but I plan on having a huge birthday party for him on May 1st. Yeah it's not his real birthday, but it's a day that I can have all my family with him and he'll be happy.
My little family is the best. Sure, we don't do things "traditionally", but so what? This is a new generation, things are different. "Tradition" in my opinion is "sheltered". I've seen it time and time again. People will get married too soon, get a divorce, it hurts the family.. Who cares that we are living together? We are happy, we are taking our time. What's the point of rushing? People who go into that sort of thing blindly are pretty naive, if you ask me. One doesn't like how the other's feet smell. One doesn't like how they're lazy. If you don't know these things before hand, how are you supposed to work on it, and be happy? There's one person Jesse and I can't stand. Whenever we argue, or we hit a sensitive spot, we'll look at eachother and say "you're acting like ________!" If you don't have things in common, how can you laugh and move on? Yeah, you're supposed to date, get married, move in together. What's the point? You never truly know someone until you get them out of public's eye, or have them back in their comfort zone.
Ok... That was my rant of the day. I had to get it off my chest or I was going to blow! :)
Soon, there will be more news. 'Til then, I'm out!
